The following model represents the methodology developed by Ergon Consultant based in the recognized model PADC (Plan, Act, Do, Check) of continuous improvement. Furthermore, it is always used in a standard way by the consultants in all theirs  consulting services, assuring the maintenance of a constant level of superior quality in the service, although conserving the necessary flexibility in the process to guarantee a solution that apply to the necessities of the client. Lastly, the process is pointed to identify and to improve the ergonomic risk factors of labor conditions, reducing the exhibition of the employees to such factors that can repel negatively in the economic or commercial indicators of the company.
